Prince Erik released
The Precious Princes have released Lineman H.R.H. Prince Erik. The transaction was announced Wednesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Prince Carl Wilhelm. The released is tagged with the designation “failure to disclose a medical condition”, which means that the Princes, by league rules, may reclaim all his salaries and sign-on bonus. The team intends to transfer those funds to H.R.H. Prince Eugen’s personal trust fund.

Prince Erik was signed as an undrafted free agent and played two games for the Princes.

Prince Oscar Retires
Veteran receiver Prince Oscar has decided to retire from football. Prince Oscar debuted in the Korpen 3 opening game against the Shark-A Football Club and scored two touchdowns in the debut for a 3-2 win. He played for a total of 12 games for the Princes with five touchdowns scored.

He is a second-round draft pick out of the King’s College, where he played one season for a total of 10 games for the Royals, with 13 touchdowns scored – a season record.

Prince Oscar has been prone to injuries since the last season, with both his knees smashed, his ribs broken and he also suffered a pinched nerve. He as therefore been unable to participate in three of the last seven games. A broken collar bone in the last game against the Cullotte Crusaders unfortunately made his decision to retire final.

Prince Oscar has many hobbies, and will not have any problems spending his time. His favorite hobby for the moment is dart, and he owns, what most people estimate is the world’s largest collection of portraits of Frei Fastfoot, which he use as dartboards. He has also begun a large collection of voodoo-dolls representing Cerlion.

Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Prince Carl Wilhelm would like to express his sincere thanks to Prince Oscar for his extraordinary efforts for the team. The boys used to call him ‘The Guardian’ for his extraordinary ability assisting blocks and he will be immensely missed by his team mates.

Kermit Tsathoggus is a bastard
During the team's game against White Wolf Rangers during week 30-31, it proved that the team's hired witch doctor Kermit Tsathoggus had a very negative impact on the players' morale. Only seven percent of the players' chances to overcome knock-outs were successful, and the debt falls heavily on the team's Chief Medical Officer H.R.H. Princess Louise, who was responsible for the hiring. In a statement, she acknowledges her mistake and accepts the salary deduction that the team management is expected to enforce.

In another statement Veteran Thrower Prince Carl Gustaf, , who refused to leave the knock-out booth during four fifths of the game, expressed that "old frogs stink" and announced that he will refuse to play if such "wandering idiots" are hired in the future.
